The Luxury Hardware Group is a growing house of premium architectural hardware brands, dedicated to building Europe’s leading platform for design, quality, and craftsmanship. The group was formed around FORMANI, a globally recognized design brand that develops complete collections—from door handles to total concepts—in collaboration with internationally renowned designers such as Gensler, David Rockwell, Lázaro Rosa-Violán, and Piet Boon.

Where FORMANI began as a Dutch importer of door hardware, it has evolved into a world-leading design label with distribution in over fifty countries. The brand distinguishes itself through its total concept approach: each collection offers clients a fully coherent range of door, window, furniture, and bathroom fittings, all within one consistent design language. FORMANI serves a loyal base of interior architects through the professional channel, catering to both the project and private markets.

In 2024, the group expanded with Jolie Handles, a recognized Belgian brand specializing in architectural door handles, furniture pulls, and bathroom accessories. Jolie also targets the high-end interior design segment, making it a natural addition to FORMANI’s portfolio. Together, the two labels position the Luxury Hardware Group firmly within the premium segment of architectural hardware, with the mission to provide design professionals with the perfect solution for every space. The group continues to pursue an active acquisition strategy, aimed at further expanding its product offering within the architectural hardware segment.
