NewPort Capital is interested in working with motivated and dedicated management teams of successful Dutch mid-market companies.

These businesses are generally characterised by a solid market position, a differentiating factor and ample growth potential. This can be both autonomous or acquisitive (buy & build) growth, either national or international. The NewPort team has extensive experience in supporting management teams in achieving growth and value creation.

We focus on established Dutch companies active in B2B and B2C markets, including software, data & technology, business or financial services, manufacturing and food & packaging sector. Typically, these companies have an annual operating profit ranging between EUR 2 and 10 million.

Of equal importance to us is that the management and NewPort teams click. This reflects our conviction that good business revolves on interpersonal relationships and mutual respect and trust.
