As an outsourcing partner, Netvice provides white label financial advice and compliance solutions for financial institutions in insurance, income, wealth, mortgages and pensions. They provide large-scale and complex (financial) communication and advisory processes. For this, they provide the technology and consultants, process and campaign design, online portals, staffing, reporting and channel strategy. This means clients are completely relieved of customer contact and administrative processing in compliance files, commercial migrations and choice guidance. Netvice designs the customer journey, advice and contact modules, develops functional and substantive online tools and ensures proper staffing. In doing so, it realises a guaranteed high response rate and comprehensive and compliant dossier creation, completely white-labelled in the name and style of the financial service provider.

The organisation consists of a permanent team and a large network of WFT-certified financial advisers and on-call staff. Through this network, Netvice is (indirectly) able to handle thousands of customer contacts a day for its clients. Netvice's tooling takes over much of the advisor's advisory work, ensuring a controlled process and uniformity in advisory calls and reports.
