About VWE Automotive

VWE is a B2B service and software provider to the automotive (distribution) industry mainly in the Netherlands and with a network of car traders in Europe. The company operates the ‘Mijn VWE’ software platform which solutions for car dealer and garages that supports them with their day-to-day operations. This ranges from administrative activities, such as logging MOT tests, to more commercial activities, such as valuing occasions, financing stock and managing advertisements. Further, VWE provides an extensive data platform for insurers and other relevant B2B clients. Additionally, VWE runs a B2B auction platform aimed at remarketing of used cars from leasing companies. Besides facilitating the auction, VWE also delivers all export services required to sell the cars to other traders in Europe. Finally, VWE runs the app ‘Finnik’. This is a license plate scan app giving users access to (free) public data on cars in the Netherlands and (paid) reports with proprietary information.

Furthermore, the group is strengthened by the acquisition of Cargo, a leading service provider specializing in the im- and export of vehicles. Cargo's expertise in personalized assistance and comprehensive solutions for clients in all aspects of automotive, vehicle im- and exporting complements the offerings of the group. Cargo provides a range of services such as export services for traders, import services for dealer holdings, customs declarations and an advertising module with access to over 100 domestic and international sales portals. Clients can rely on Cargo for efficient handling of all necessary paperwork, administration and legal requirements.

In addition to VWE, AVN is also part of the group. AVN is a highly complementary business to VWE’s remarketing activities. Where VWE aims at former lease cars ready for export, AVN has a strong network of B2B sales within the Netherlands, especially with large dealer groups.
